Inventory Barcode Labels Straight from Your Excel

Code your warehouse, fixed assets or stock with unique barcode labels generated directly from your database. No software to learn, no manual assembly.

Warehouses Asset Tags Code 128 Logistics

An inventory without barcodes gets counted by hand, lost and duplicated. But coding it means generating hundreds or thousands of unique labels — and doing that in Word or free label software ends in numbering errors and wasted hours.

We take your inventory spreadsheet (SKU, location, description, asset number) and generate labels with a unique barcode per item, merged into your design or a clean ready-to-print layout.

Code 128: the standard for internal inventory

For inventory and asset tracking we use Code 128, the logistics standard: it encodes letters and numbers (SKU-2026-0001), stays compact, and reads with any laser scanner or mobile app.

If your operation needs more data per label (location + lot + serial), we also work with QR and DataMatrix codes.

Your Excel is the single source of truth

No software to learn, no reformatting: send the spreadsheet exactly as you use it. We validate the data (duplicates, empty cells, invalid characters) before generating a single label.

Each label maps 1-to-1 to a row in your file, so your inventory system (ERP, WMS or a plain spreadsheet) scans and finds the exact item.

How It Works

01

Send your Excel

Your inventory as-is: SKUs, descriptions, locations, asset numbers.

02

We validate and generate

Duplicate and error detection + one unique code per item.

03

Print and apply

PDFs in your label size (thermal, A4 sheets, rolls) within 24-48h.

Benefits

Error-free numbering

Algorithmic validation: no two assets can share a code, no sequence gaps.

Any label size

50x25mm thermal, rolls, A4 sheets — output matched to your printer and die-cut.

Easy updates

200 new assets arriving? Send the updated file and we generate only the new ones, continuing the series.

Works with your scanner

Code 128, EAN, QR or DataMatrix: readable by laser scanners, terminals and mobile apps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work for fixed assets (furniture, equipment, laptops)?
Yes — it’s one of the most common uses. We generate labels with each asset’s property code, and provide your print shop the spec for tamper-evident or polyester materials if needed.
What if my spreadsheet has errors?
We catch them before generating: duplicates, empty cells, characters invalid for the chosen format. You get a report to fix — or we fix it with you. No label is ever generated from bad data.
How many labels can you generate?
From 100 to tens of thousands. The process is automated, so 10,000 labels don’t take 100x longer than 100: typical turnaround stays at 24-48h.
